چکیده
The short term micro-flowing purification system (STMFPS) has been shown to improve the flesh quality of freshwater fish. However, few studies have focused on involved underlying mechanisms. This study explored effect STMFPS market-size fish based combination metabolomics and transcriptomics methods. UPLC-QTOF/MS method was utilized screen metabolites predict possible major metabolic pathways during different treatment periods (0 d, 1 5 d 9 d). Furthermore, transcriptomic data demonstrated that differentially expressed genes detected in crucian carp muscle were 2915, 7852 7183 after treatment. Results showed TCA cycle, ornithine purine metabolism amino acid catabolism play important roles improving carp. may help understand mechanism aquatic products using STMFPS.

Effect of cooking temperatures on protein hydrolysates and sensory quality in crucian carp (Carassius auratus) soup.
Cooking methods have a significant impact on flavour compounds in fish soup. The effects of cooking temperatures (55, 65, 75, 85, 95, and 100 °C) on sensory properties and protein hydrolysates were studied in crucian carp (Carassius auratus) soup. The results showed that the soup prepared at 85 °C had the best sensory quality in color, flavour, amour, and soup pattern. Cooking temperature had s...
متن کاملBody color development and genetic analysis of hybrid transparent crucian carp (Carassius auratus).
The aim of this study was to investigate the genetic mechanism of the transparent trait in transparent crucian carp. We observed body color development in transparent crucian carp larvae and analyzed heredity of color in hybrids produced with red crucian carp, ornamental carp, and red purse carp. The results showed that the body color of the newly hatched larvae matured into the adult pattern a...
متن کاملIdentification and expression analysis of two IFN-inducible genes in crucian carp (Carassius auratus L.).
Interferon (IFN) exerts its antiviral effects mainly through activation of a subset of IFN-stimulated genes (ISG), but relatively few of fish ISGs have been isolated and characterized so far. Here, we report two fish ISGs, termed CaIFI58 and CaIFI56, cloned from a subtractive cDNA library constructed with mRNAs obtained from crucian carp (Carassius auratus L.) blastulae embryonic (CAB) cells in...
متن کاملTranscriptome Analysis of Crucian Carp (Carassius auratus), an Important Aquaculture and Hypoxia-Tolerant Species
The crucian carp is an important aquaculture species and a potential model to study genome evolution and physiological adaptation. However, so far the genomics and transcriptomics data available for this species are still scarce. We performed de novo transcriptome sequencing of four cDNA libraries representing brain, muscle, liver and kidney tissues respectively, each with six specimens. The re...
متن کاملIntraspecific Scaling of the Resting and Maximum Metabolic Rates of the Crucian Carp (Carassius auratus)
The question of how the scaling of metabolic rate with body mass (M) is achieved in animals is unresolved. Here, we tested the cell metabolism hypothesis and the organ size hypothesis by assessing the mass scaling of the resting metabolic rate (RMR), maximum metabolic rate (MMR), erythrocyte size, and the masses of metabolically active organs in the crucian carp (Carassius auratus). The M of th...
